PROBLEM STATEMENT: Elixir is a disruptive and innovative herbal brand that utilizes FDA GRAS-certified botanicals to safely mimic the effects of vaping while simultaneously delivering health benefits. Their proprietary personal diffusers are able to deliver fast-acting, nicotine-free, and THC-free effects in a fun and safe environment without being subject to “flavor regulations”. Elixir engaged with Happy Wellness Group to provide fundraising strategy, preparedness, and investor introductions for their $2M seed round.
SOLUTION: Happy Wellness Group did a deep dive into the dirty vaping industry to understand how Elixir can position themselves as a disruptive force in this space….not to be perceived as a vaping company, but rather as a solution to the global vaping problem. Working collaboratively over several weeks, we were able to provide a fresh angle to attack the market and secured capital commitments from a leading venture capital firm, angels, and several more interested parties for future rounds.
