PROBLEM STATEMENT: Saint approached Happy Wellness Group to secure additional investment funding for their unique “multi-modal” contrast therapy concept, opening Summer/Fall of 2025 in New York City. They had already secured approx. 500K and were looking to raise an additional 300K.

SOLUTION: Happy Wellness Group leveraged our existing investor syndicate composed of angels, VCs, and family offices to quickly find a lead investor for their pre-seed round at 300K (in addition to bringing on additional angels). We found an investor within four weeks, and closed (after investor diligence) within 4 months.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Sensate (TIME Magazine “Best Inventions of 2022”) is an innovative relaxation device poised to be the leader of the “anti-stress” movement. Sensate recently approached Happy Wellness Group in the midst of their fundraising efforts to bring on additional investment for their profitability round, seeking approx $1.8M (of an existing $4.2M already raised).

SOLUTION: Happy Wellness Group went to work immediately to assess existing materials and re-align their investment messaging, and improve the long-tail opportunity through strategic pivoting. Happy Wellness Group leveraged its investor syndicate and within four weeks, we have already begun setting up investor meetings with major VCs and angels. Diligence is currently pending.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Fun Guy, a psychoactive wellness brand utilizing functional mushrooms with the “kanna” plant, provides a legal and safe alternative to alcohol. Fun Guy recently brought on Happy Wellness to help raise a $500K seed round via a SAFE.

SOLUTION: Happy Wellness Group has developed a strategy and proper messaging to aggressively seek capital through our investor syndicate, while maximizing their investment appeal. Our main focus has been broadening their investor horizon by re-positioning Fun Guy as a safe and fun brand for all consumers, rather than being pigeon-holed to only the CBD and psychedelic wellness community.

BUMP Caviar Concept

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Entrepreneur and founder of BUMP came to Happy Wellness Group with a concept for a caviar themed restaurant in Nashville, to be the premier dining destination for a new real-estate development / tourist center. He needed a full investor pitch deck, go-to-market strategy, and financials created.

SOLUTION: Within five weeks, Happy Wellness Group researched the market and developed a full investor deck composed of research, strategy, and financials. Our in-house branding expert designed exciting and fresh style guidelines that captured the essence of the project.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Sacred Ohms, an exclusive “Airbnb-style” marketplace for Wellness Retreat Operators and Hosts, brought Happy Wellness onboard to drive strategy, business operations, and to launch the concept from pre-revenue to in-market.

SOLUTION: Happy Wellness Group worked closely with the Sacred Ohms team for over eight months to deliver critical materials, including a pitch deck, marketing deck, org chart, branding guidelines, go-to-market strategy, as well as supervising the build out of their digital marketplace product and serving as a liaison with their dev team.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: WellzyPerks (a subsidiary of Clean Plates, a leading digital wellness publication) engaged with Happy Wellness to drive customer acquisition and growth strategy, focusing in particular on B2B partnerships, sales, and D2C product improvements.

SOLUTION: Happy Wellness Group spent several months developing foundational business documents, including a go-to-market strategy, marketing decks, B2B partnership research and introductions, and launching new customer acquisition verticals in the employer-benefits space. WellzyPerks closed major deals as a result of our hard work.
